The role of Illeana Scott (Angelina Jolie) in the film Taking Lives is a successful FBI profiler, and a protagonist. Her flaws are that she moves to North America to track down the killer, it forces Illeana to adjust to working in a strange city with a police team with which she doesn't really fit in.
The main story relates to her because she is summoned to help out Canadian law enforcement in Montreal, to hunt down a serial killer who assumes the lives and identities of the people he kills as he travels across North America

Character Profile 2/3: Tyler Durden (Brad Pitt)
The role of Tyler Durden (Brad Pitt) in the film Fight Club is a antagonist, a flamboyant soap salesman and the split personality of the protagonist of the film.
His flaws are that he gets pleasure and satisfaction out of fist fight violence, which reflects on his personality, if he doesn’t get his why he tries to compromise with intimidation and violence.
The main story relates to him because he is the one setting up a fight club across the cities, which is named Project Mayhem, when the protagonist realizes that Typer Durden is taking control of him when he sleeps to put all these situations in motion without the protagonist knowing until he calls Marla Singer (his girlfriend), and asks her to say his name. When she responds "Tyler Durden," he realizes the truth. The narrator, who is held by Tyler at gunpoint, realizes that, sharing the same body with Tyler, he really holds the gun. He finds himself holding the gun and fires it into his mouth, shooting through the cheek without killing himself. The illusion of Tyler collapses, with an exit wound to the back of his head.

Character Profile 3/3: Lincoln Rhyme (Denzel Washington)
The role of Lincoln Rhyme (Denzel Washington) in the film The Bone Collector is an ex-forensics investigator, and a Protagonist.
His flaws are that he got in an accident in a tunnel, him being a forensics expert is left as a quadriplegic who is able only to move his head and one finger.
The main story relates to him because he plans his "transition" (suicide) with the help of a hesitational doctor friend. That all changes when he is confronted with clues from a serial killer that obviously are pointed to a forensics investigation.
